Soddisfatto del servizio puntuale, della qualità dell'auto e della disponibilità dello staff. Non disponendo delle grandi società di renting tradizionali, e raccomando l'utilizzo.
Super friendly and responsive - i’d definitely rent a car with them again. The cars are not the newest but they work. They come anywhere you are on American Samoa to drop off and pick up the car from you - after you establish communication with the team via WhatsApp, everything runs smoothly and they do their best to make sure you hit the road running with reasonable rates.
I rented two vehicles, a large truck and a medium SUV, both of which I was very disappointed with. The cars had various damage, none of which was disclosed to me prior to renting the vehicles. The interiors were also raggedy appearing, and the speakers in the medium SUV were distorted. Upon returning the SUV, the agent underwent a meticulous inspection of the vehicle as if the vehicle wasn’t already severely damaged when it was given to me. They also charged me $20 for not returning the car washed….seemed absurd that cost wasn’t already included in the rental price. I would rate two stars, but the customer service was good. However, I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.
After some initial challenges in communicating (no email response and their published Whatsapp number doesn't match their new Whatsapp number) and some waiting time for the vehicle pick-up appointment, the rental was overall a positive experience. Vehicle was nice and the Tuanaitau's people were friendly. I appreciate that they brought the vehicle to me and that I didn't have to get a taxi to the vehicle pick-up spot. I would probably rent from Tuanaitau's again.
The three of us rented a Toyota RAV4 non AWD in June 2026. The vehicle had ~28K miles. The interior was good with some soiled areas but otherwise clean. The exterior had some scratches and dents. Recommend to pay the $20 they clean the vehicle fee. I do not believe I saw a car wash/vacuum place. Mechanically the vehicle was solid. Particularly for driving up and down very steep roads at the National Park. The car was safe and drove well. Tuanaitaus dropped off and picked up the vehicle at the hotel we were staying at - Tradewinds hotel - for us this was very convenient. Overall I would rent another vehicle from Tuanaitaus and would recommend them as car rental agency. Their prices at $90 per day was lower than the competition.
Very convenient car was delivered to cruise ship disembark area. They picked it up at same location.
Best service. Car is ok for one day in the island.
Wir kamen mit dem Kreuzfahrtschiff, wurden direkt am Parkplatz gegenüber erwartet und das Auto gleich übergeben. Sehr freundlich und schnell. Können wir empfehlen.
I was disappointed with the condition of the car. The speakers were distorted as if they were blown out, and there were bugs throughout the interior. This made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Everything was punctual and perfect! And flexible! 10 point out of 10! Strongly recommend!
