Lua Ma'a Beach

Tucked at the end of the Saua (Si'u Point) Trail, Lua Ma'a Beach is the perfect place to cool off during your hike. The beach’s clear waters are excellent for snorkelling, especially at mid-tide when visibility is at its best. Rocky formations just offshore hide a colourful underwater world, and the peaceful setting is ideal for relaxing, even if you're not going in the water. With its striking geological features and tranquil vibe, this is one of the most scenic beach stops on Ta‘ū.
